Jane attained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Otago in 2003 and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise in Women in 2008. 

In 2013, she completed her Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Jane is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

From 2010 to 2016, Jane was the senior clinician and manager at Integrated Health (Monash University Sports Clinic). In 2012, she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award from Integrated Health. 

During this time, Jane also worked as the head physiotherapist at Box Hill Soccer Club and Eastern Lion Soccer Club. She was awarded the Eastern Lion Soccer Club Coaches award in 2011. 

Since 2017, Jane has continued to develop and extend her physiotherapy practice across Australia and Korea; her roles included sessional lecturing at the International University of Korea in 2017, where she taught Clinical Pilates courses for the Korean Physiotherapy Association. 

Jane has comprehensive expertise across all aspects of physiotherapy; her specialities include discogenic back pain, chronic back pain, sports injuries rehabilitation, and osteoporosis and osteoarthritis management. She focuses on developing highly personalised programs to help clients achieve health and well-being.  

In addition to English, Jane also speaks fluent Korean.
